"Sandwich"- Panels

Our noise protection fences are made from high-quality "sandwich" panels specifically designed for optimal sound insulation and durability. These panels consist of a core layer of PUR polyurethane, which provides effective airborne sound insulation of up to 25 dB. The outer layers are made of structural steel, coated with a zinc-aluminum coil coating (95% zinc, 5% aluminum). The coil coating is a continuous process for coating steel or aluminum sheets on one or both sides to enhance adhesion and corrosion protection. This combination not only ensures excellent corrosion resistance but also increases stability.

Resistant to wind loads up to 120 km/h

With a panel thickness of 39 mm, paneello noise protection fences are especially durable and can withstand wind speeds of up to 120 km/h. They are flame retardant and UV-resistant, making them robust and long-lasting, an ideal choice for both visual and noise protection in various environments.

The materials used are identical to those found in modern garage doors. Our fence panels are manufactured to the highest standards and are certified according to ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS18001/ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). This guarantees you a combination of the highest quality, sustainability, and safety.

Our paneello fences offer a wide range of design options to perfectly blend into your surroundings and meet your aesthetic standards. With an extensive color palette, you can choose from modern and classic shades: RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey) for an elegant and timeless choice, RAL 7039 (Quartz Grey) for a soft and neutral tone, RAL 9006 (White Aluminum) for a bright and modern look, as well as Chestnut and Walnut for warm, natural brown tones. Colors can also be individually combined to suit your taste!
